Who we are

Steadfast. Precise. Proud.

Founded in Fort Worth in 1989, Ridgeline has grown into a 140-person general contractor by keeping one promise to public owners: the building opens when we said it would.

Why we work

Open on the day we promised.

We build the places communities depend on — schools, stations, clinics and plants — with the care of a family company and the discipline of a large one. Roughly a third of every contract is built by our own concrete, steel and carpentry crews, so the schedule never depends on a sub showing up. Thirty-seven years, 31 school districts, never a missed first day of school.

What we stand for

We have never missed a first day of school. Never.

Second-generation, family-owned since 1989. These are the things we do not trade away.

Integrity

We say what we will do and do what we say — on budgets, on schedules and on the hard conversations.

Safety

Every person goes home the way they arrived. Safety is planned into the work, not added after.

Quality

We build to the drawing and to the standard the owner will live with for decades.

Accountability

One team owns the outcome. Problems get raised early and resolved fast.

Community

We build where we live, and we treat every project as part of the neighbourhood it sits in.

How we work

A builder that plans around your calendar.

Thirty-seven years of public work taught us one thing: the calendar is the client. Everything we do is built around the day the building has to open.

Right-sized teams

Enough people to run the job well, few enough that you always know who is responsible.

Hands-on leadership

Principals stay involved from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Disciplined preconstruction

Budgets, schedules and constructability reviewed before a shovel hits the ground.

Self-perform capability

Key trades kept in-house for control over quality and schedule.

Systems that keep projects on track

Documented processes for cost, schedule, safety and closeout on every job.

How we work

A process you can plan around

Preconstruction built from real subcontractor pricing. A principal on every job from the first estimate to closeout. Superintendents who have been with us 14 years on average. And an owner who answers her phone — Marisol has run the company since 2019 and her father Ray, who founded it in 1989, still walks the jobs.
