Self-Perform (Concrete / Steel / Carpentry)
Crews that keep schedules honest
In-house concrete, steel erection, and rough carpentry crews that hold schedule and quality on critical-path scopes.
Ridgeline self-performs concrete, steel erection, and rough carpentry, representing roughly 35% of contract value across the portfolio. These crews give owners schedule assurance on structural and site packages where delays would ripple through the job. The work is planned with the same safety standards that earned AGC Texas Safety Awards in 2023 and 2024 and contributed to an EMR of 0.71.
Self-perform adds particular value on tilt-wall schools and industrial plants, worship facilities with large-span structures, and sites where foundations and flatwork drive the critical path. It also improves coordination with trade partners and maintains quality where tolerances are tight, such as crane rails and heavy slab pours.

Who we build for
Schools, stations, clinics and plants across North and Central Texas.
Public owners are our home turf. We understand bond programs, board meetings, occupied-campus phasing and TEA and TDLR requirements, and we carry the bonding capacity ($150M single, $300M aggregate) to take on the jobs firms our size usually can't.
Let's talk about your next project
