Construction Management (CM/GC)

Collaborative delivery, predictable outcomes

Collaborative delivery aligning scope, schedule, and budget with open-book preconstruction and disciplined field execution.

Ridgeline delivers most projects as Construction Manager at Risk. The approach centers on transparent budgets, early constructability, and schedule planning that keep owners and architects aligned from programming through GMP and buyout. During preconstruction, the team prices options, identifies long-lead items, and sequences phasing—especially important for occupied campuses and public facilities.

Once in the field, experienced superintendents and project managers drive production with clear look-aheads and trade coordination. Ridgeline’s self-perform concrete, steel, and rough carpentry crews anchor critical-path work and protect milestones when labor markets tighten. Safety performance underpins operations, supported by an EMR of 0.71 and OSHA 30 for all supers and PMs.

CM/GC is most commonly used for K‑12 schools, public safety, and higher education renovations where collaboration and schedule certainty matter. Owners get real-time visibility into scope and costs and a builder accountable for the result.

Who we build for

Schools, stations, clinics and plants across North and Central Texas.

Public owners are our home turf. We understand bond programs, board meetings, occupied-campus phasing and TEA and TDLR requirements, and we carry the bonding capacity ($150M single, $300M aggregate) to take on the jobs firms our size usually can't.
