The challenge
Expand and modernize a fully occupied high school across three summer phases without disrupting instruction or missing major campus dates.
What we did
Phased CMAR approach with detailed summer work plans and night work as needed. Ridgeline self-performed concrete and steel to control quality and schedule. Close coordination with Northwest ISD and Huckabee.
The result
All phases delivered on time; first day of school met each year. Project was a TASA/TASB Exhibit of School Architecture Caudill Award finalist.
