Marisol Delgado-Pruitt
President
Marisol leads Ridgeline’s growth, client relationships, and strategic direction. A graduate of Texas A&M with a B.S. in Construction Science, she spent six years as a project manager with a national contractor on healthcare and higher education work before joining Ridgeline in 2008. She became President in 2019 and has since focused the firm on negotiated K‑12, public safety, and healthcare projects across North and Central Texas. Marisol is active in the Fort Worth Chamber’s Construction Council and supports industry workforce development. Colleagues know her for direct communication, clear decisions, and a steady hand during preconstruction and GMP negotiations. Outside of work, she and her husband, Todd, are raising three future Aggies.
