Danny oversees Ridgeline’s field and project management teams. He joined the company 24 years ago as a carpenter, became a superintendent at 28, and rose to Vice President in 2020. Danny is known for his plain-spoken promises and for delivering ahead of them—if he says Friday, the team plans on Thursday. His priorities are jobsite safety, clear look-ahead schedules, and trade partner coordination that keeps work flowing. He coaches superintendents on planning around occupied campuses and public facilities, where Ridgeline’s reputation for on-time openings matters most.
