The challenge
Deliver a multi-story MOB with imaging and a connecting bridge to an active campus while managing supply chain and MEP coordination.
What we did
Design-build delivery aligned user groups, imaging vendors, and structural requirements for the bridge connection. Phased MEP coordination reduced rework.
The result
Follow-on award validated team performance; building delivered to support additional clinical services.
