Marcus runs Ridgeline’s concrete and steel crews. In his 19 years with the company, he has led structural packages on schools, stations, and industrial facilities across North Texas. Known for exacting pours and field-driven sequencing, Marcus keeps critical-path activities moving even when labor and supply chains are stretched. He prefers letting the work speak for itself: get the formwork right, hit the schedule, and move on to the next pour.
