Ray Delgado
Founder & Chairman
Ray founded Ridgeline in 1989 with two trucks and a concrete crew, building slabs and tilt-walls for other contractors before taking on full GC work. He led the company into CMAR delivery for public owners and kept self-perform at the core of the business. Decades later he still walks jobs and checks pours, a habit that has shaped Ridgeline’s reputation for schedule reliability and craft. Ray is a past chairman of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber and remains active with ACE Mentor. Many clients say the reason they call Ridgeline is because Ray still answers his phone—and means what he promises.
